Skill levels & group placement
Learn with confidence. Grow at your own pace. Have fun in the snow.
Our groups are organized based on the children’s skiing ability. The colors green, blue, red, and black serve as a guide—based on the slope colors in the Hochzillertal ski area.
The self-assessment during online booking helps us plan and prepare the courses. On the first day of the course, we assess skiing ability during a short placement run and make adjustments as needed.
This ensures that every child starts in the right group and is neither over- nor underchallenged.
🟢 Green 1: Young beginner skiers aged 4 or 5 at the start of the course
🟢 Green 2: Beginner skiers aged 6 or older at the start of the course
